Any product once purchased won’t be returned, it can only be exchanged.

You can exchange the product in case if its not working.

Terms of Exchange

• You can request to exchange a purchased product within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• The purchased product will only be eligible for an exchange if it is unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and without any fragrance.

• If the purchased product includes an add-on or comes in a combo. While exchanging the complete combo needs to be present.

• Any promotional voucher (Gift Voucher & Discounted or any other offer voucher) will not be exchanged.

• Only after receiving the product and quality check, the exchange will be initiated.

• Products bought during sale will be exchanged within the same sale period only.
